Hello, I’m Cheryl.
From Taichung, since the moment I started my drumming life in 2014, the drums has become the most important language in my life. From making my mark in national competitions during high school to graduating from the Department of Popular Music (majoring in drums) at Tainan University of Applied Sciences, I’ve accumulated over five years of teaching experience and countless performances at large music festivals.
I firmly believe that drumming shouldn’t just be tedious practice, but a fun and engaging exploration.
About me
打鼓的夥伴你好！我是佳萱。 來自台中，自 2014 年拿起鼓棒的那一刻起，爵士鼓就成了我生命中最重要的語言。從高中時期在各全國賽事嶄露頭角，到畢業於台南應用科技大學流行音樂系（主修爵士鼓），我累積了超過五年的教學經驗與無數場大型音樂祭的舞台洗禮。 我深信，打鼓不該只是枯燥的練習，而是一場充滿樂趣的探索。
Stage Experience: From Live Houses to Massive Music Festivals:
I am not only a teacher, but also a performing artist active on the front lines. In 2023, I released the album “On Live” with my band, and my performances have taken me to major stages across Taiwan:
Music Festivals: Shanhaitun Rock Festival, Rock Taichung, Iron Rose Music Festival, Red Voice, Infinite Freedom Music Festival.
Crossover Performances: Taichung Jazz Festival (Youth Jazz Big Band), New Taipei City Drum Festival, Taichung International Dance Carnival.
Recording and Live Performance: I have extensive experience in studio recording projects and live sessions, and I can incorporate practical skills into my teaching.

🎸 舞台實戰：從 Live House 到萬人音樂祭 我不僅是一位老師，更是一位活躍於第一線的表演藝術家。2023 年隨樂團發行首張專輯**《進行式 on live》**，演出足跡遍布台灣各大指標性舞台： 大型音樂祭： 山海屯搖滾祭、搖滾台中、鐵玫瑰音樂祭、赤聲躁動、無限自由音樂祭。 跨界演出： 台中爵士音樂節（青少年爵士大樂隊）、新北市鼓藝節、台中國際踩舞嘉年華。 錄音與現場： 擁有單曲、專輯的錄音計畫與Live、Session、Project經驗，能將實戰技巧帶入教學中。
